My work is dedicated to affirming & valuing the embodied spirituality of all women
Rooted in the watery world of the Pacific NW, on the traditional land of the Coast Salish Peoples, Durga synthesizes & offers the fruits of her personal healing journey through her soul creation ~ Well Woman. Having spent her twenties living & studying yoga in spiritual communities & ashrams around the world, Durga has a profound ability to bridge deep spiritual wisdom with the immediate therapeutic needs of the individual.

She is passionate about the spiritual potential of the female body, natural rhythmic cycles, and presencing a more subtle & feminine way to live in essential wisdom. It is her life's work to support women and girls to trust their inner guidance and author their own healing journey into greater wholeness, abundant vitality & soul empowerment.

Education
I am constantly curious about ancient wisdoms & modern developments in the field of embodied spirituality~ the art of being human.
Durga holds an MSc in Violence, Conflict, & Development from SOAS University of London & has previously worked internationally in the field of post-conflict reconstruction & genocide recovery. Her current studies are primarily in yoga therapy for women's health, sufi subtle anatomy mapping, trauma informed somatic presencing, & women's rites (rights) of passage. Durga is an ongoing yoga therapy student of Dr. Uma Dinsmore Tuli & a practitioner in training of Kim Lincoln's Terrain of Essence School.
My Inspiration
I am actively dreaming into being, with other like-hearted women, a world where every phase & stage of womanhood is fiercely protected & honored as the spiritual initiation it is meant to be.
Through her studies academically & spiritually, Durga's greatest teachers remain her own body, her heart's intuition, & the cyclical wisdom of her womb. She is abundantly blessed by the wise women who have come before her, who guide her path today, & the girls that will lead the way into a bright future.
